$7 standard shipping

We offer $7.00 standard shipping on all US orders, including Hawaii and Alaska.

When you submit an order, we will make all diligent efforts to get your merchandise out to you in a timely manner. Please note once your order ships, no changes can be made to a shipping address.

We ship via UPS, USPS and FedEx; for standard shipping, please allow 3-6 business days for delivery, excluding holidays. If an item is out of stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you as quickly as possible.


In a hurry?

For your convenience, we can expedite your order for $17.00 for 2-3 business days delivery or $28.00 for Overnight, excluding holidays. Overnight orders take 1 business day for delivery. Express and Overnight orders are processed the same day, if received by 2PM EST, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 2PM EST or on weekends will be processed the following business day.


Express Shipping Example

If an order is placed over the weekend, your order will be processed on Monday (holidays excluded). Express orders will then be received on Wednesday or Thursday, and Overnight orders on Tuesday.

International Shipments

Orders to Canada are shipped via Landmark Global. All other International orders are shipped via FedEx. Delivery for all international orders can take up to 2 weeks. Third party merchandise is ineligible for international orders and will be removed from your cart after you place your order. You will not be charged for these items.


Duties & Taxes

All shipping costs, duties and taxes, processing and handling fees are calculated at checkout and will be paid by the customer when the order is placed. The shipping costs, duties and taxes, processing and handling fees are based on the laws and regulations of the country the order is shipping to. At the time the order is placed, we guarantee the exchange rate. Should the exchange rate fluctuate, the customer is only responsible for the total paid. There will be no additional fees for the order after it is placed.

For all refused or undeliverable packages, customers are still responsible for all shipping costs, duties and taxes, processing and handling fees. These fees are non-refundable. A refund will be issued only for item(s) at the retail value paid once the package is delivered back to our distribution center.


International Returns

We do not provide shipping labels for international returns. Please reach out to hello@eberjey.com to initiate a return. Our returns policy is stated below. A refund or store credit will be issued only for item(s) at the retail value paid once the package is delivered back to our distribution center. All shipping costs, duties and taxes, processing and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Returns

Eberjey.com will gladly accept your return on all unworn merchandise for a refund or store credit. The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened panties
  • Beauty products
  • Monogrammed items


Please take care when trying on our swimwear. Make sure to try on any bottoms over underwear, without removing the hygienic liner. Be mindful of makeup, deodorant stains, animal hair, perfume, or other product stains as this will make your return subject to refusal. Eberjey reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if merchandise is considered in salable condition. Items that are deemed not salable will be discarded. Eberjey will not send these item(s) back.

Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by following the instructions below and send your return back to us within 30 days of the invoice date. Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed and must have all tags attached. Swim bottoms are required to have the original hygienic liner intact and panties cannot be opened. If you would like to exchange an item, we kindly ask that you return it for refund or store credit and place a new order.

Return for Refund

A refund will be issued to your credit card for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have incurred. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges.

How to Return Merchandise

Sign into your account and select the order you would like to return under "Recent Orders." Click "View Order" and select "Return." If you are a guest, please fill in the return form HERE.

Select the required fields "Item," "Quantity To Return," "Reason for Return" and "Return Method" then click "Submit."

For your convenience, we will email you a prepaid shipping label (US customers only). Should you choose to use the label when requesting a refund to the original payment form, we will deduct $5 from your refund upon receipt of your return. Should you choose to use the label when requesting store credit, the return shipping fee will be waived. Please affix the label to your package, take the package to the nearest drop off location and retain a copy of the tracking number for your records. Should you choose to use another trackable shipping method at your own expense, we recommend that you retain a copy of the tracking number for your records. Please be sure to include your RMA number in your return package, so we may identify and process it quickly upon receipt. Once received, returns may take between five to seven days to be processed. Please note we cannot be held accountable for packages that are lost in transit.

We would be happy to match advertised prices from our authorized online retailers at the time of purchase. To request a price match, please email us at hello@eberjey.com with the link to the product page. Our policy requires the following to verify a price match:

  • Price match must be on merchandise of identical style, color and size advertised as in stock on the retailer's website
  • The retailer's discount must be visible on their website
  • Merchandise cannot be final sale on the retailer’s website
  • Cannot be combined with other sales or promotions
