Return and Exchange Policy

Eberjey.com will gladly accept your return on all unworn merchandise, except panties and sale items. In order to protect the personal hygiene of all our customers, we simply cannot accept returns on panties if its packaging has been opened. Please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by following the instructions below and send your return back to us within 30 days of the invoiced date. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. Merchandise that is received after 30 days will only be issued a merchandise credit, valid for 90 days. If you would like to exchange an item, we kindly ask that you return your item for refund or store credit and place a new order.

Return for Refund

A refund will be issued to your credit card for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have incurred (Florida residents only). Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges.

How to Return Merchandise

    1. Sign into your account and select the order you would like to return under "Recent Orders."

    1. Click "View Order" and select "Request RMA." 

    1. Select the required fields "Package Opened," "Request Type" and "Choose Reason" then click "Submit Request." 

    1. You will receive an email with the Return Authorization Form and shipping instructions when your return is approved. The Return Authorization Form must be included in your package. Returns can be sent via UPS, Federal Express, Express Mail or Priority Mail. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us, and we cannot be held accountable for packages that are lost in transit.
