Return and Exchange Policy

Eberjey.com gladly accepts returns or exchanges on all unworn merchandise, except panties and sale items. In order to protect the personal hygiene of all our customers, we simply cannot accept returns on panties if its packaging has been opened. Returns must be made within 30 days of invoiced date. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. Merchandise that is received after 30 days will only be issued a merchandise credit, valid for 90 days.

Return for Refund

A refund will be issued to your credit card for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have incurred (Florida residents only). Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges.

Return for Exchange

To return an item, please include your original receipt along with a brief note indicating whether you would prefer a refund or exchange. Please allow 10 business days for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

Your new color, style or size choice will be shipped the next business day after receipt of original merchandise. If the requested item is out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail or phone of its expected ship date. If you do not wish to wait, we will be happy to issue a refund to your credit card.

How to Return Merchandise

Returns can be sent via UPS, Federal Express, Express Mail or Priority Mail. Please enclose a copy of your sales receipt and a reason for the return or instructions for exchange. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us. We are not responsible for items that may have been lost in transit back to us.
